Cosplay and Art are two of my biggest passions and I will never degrade anyone else's passion even if I don't personally like it. If commissioned I will do my best to portray the clients desires even down to minute details. I'm a very detail oriented person, so much so that I make double layered pads for my canine paws even though you can't tell once it is furred, you can still feel the difference, and it looks more realistic.
Privacy & Safety
I will never store payment information or release it to a third party. I any address, name, or contact information I store is solely for the benefit of keeping in contact with my clients, and I will never release this information to third party. If applicable, I may wish to post pictures of the client wearing the cosplay, fursuit, or prop on my any Critter Haven Costumes social media sties, but I will always get written permission before hand. If applicable I can also blur or crop out a clients' face in a picture if they so choose.
Cancellations and refund will only be accepted within 7 days of payment. Once I've begun the commission, I will send progress pictures to the client every week. It is the customers responsibility to express his/her opinions on the progress or whether the project should be altered to suit his desires. If all progress pictures are affirmed, then no refunds shall be accepted. I will only accept a return in order fix any defects, such as improper size.
